Responsibilities
As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
+ Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts
+ Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals
+ Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
+ Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance
+ Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
+ Training new team members on critical job functions
Requirements
+ Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
