Job description

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Our company specializes in organizing wine cellars and conducting inventories and appraisals.

Our focus is on providing complete services, and we want someone who can help us grow and make our operations more efficient.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an important part of our team, you will be responsible for managing different tasks related to our wine collection services.

You will need to enter data, do research, and provide marketing support.

All of this is aimed at improving our client services and expanding our reach.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be skilled in conducting research and managing complex schedules, including finding speaking opportunities, wine events, grants, and travel-related details.
  • Provide support in implementing marketing tasks, including setting up advertisements and preparing marketing proposals for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and Google Ads.

    It would also be advantageous for the assistant to possess knowledge of SEO optimization specifically for platforms like Thinkific.
  • Effective communication is essential.

    The assistant must be able to provide regular updates on projects, discuss any challenges or issues, and communicate time spent on tasks.
  • Must have at least three years of experience as a freelance administrative assistant and should have experience with email marketing and social media management.

Skill preferences (not required, but would be a PLUS):

  • Wine and Luxury Market Knowledge: Since the business revolves around wine collecting and luxury clientele, familiarity with the wine industry and luxury market would be advantageous.
  • SEO and Social Media Expertise: Expertise in SEO optimization, social media strategies (particularly on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), and familiarity with hashtags could enhance the business and #x27;s online presence.
  • Travel Hacking and Budget Travel Knowledge: Given the founder and #x27;s interest in travel and real estate research, having skills in optimizing credit card points and budget travel could be helpful.
  • Knowledge of Google Maps with Zillow listings is a plus

Budget and Hours

  • $7 to 9 per hour, 10-15 hours per week
  • Flexible Philippine Time with check-in meetings weekly in Pacific Standard Time.
