Job description

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Expert** **CNO Software Developer** to join our team in Hanover, MD.

As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
+ Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
+ Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks.
+ Communicate status with leadership and customers.
+ Ensure software standards are met.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, **OR** 10+ years of relevant experience if no degree.
+ Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
+ Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
+ Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
+ Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
+ CNO capability development experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
+ Understand assembly programming concepts.
+ Unit Test experience.
+ Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
+ Experience managing/leading teams

**Security Clearance Requirements:**

+ Active, current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
+ Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
