As an Expert Product Manager at AT&T, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation—turning bold ideas into real products that scale.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle, from pitching new concepts to launching MVPs and driving continuous growth.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, rally teams, and deliver meaningful value to millions of customers.

**What You’ll Do:**
• **Launch Big Ideas** : Identify opportunities, build business cases, and pitch new products that challenge the status quo.
**•Own the Vision:** Define product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans with clarity and ambition.
**•Build What Matters:** Collaborate across teams to deliver MVPs, iterate fast, and scale what works.
• **Measure & Improve:** Use data and customer feedback to refine products and drive business outcomes.
• **Influence & Align** : Navigate complex stakeholder environments to keep momentum and focus.
•Lead with Purpose: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and product excellence through coaching junior PMs and sharing best practices.

**Qualifications:**
•15+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or similar area of responsibility.
•Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
•Experience launching successful tech products
•Strong financial acumen; ability to build and pitch business cases
•Understanding of basic network and emerging tech concepts
•Deep customer & industry knowledge
•Creative problem solver, ability to develop solutions to hard problems
•Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups

$174,100.00 - $261,100.00
