**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
+ 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 3 years of experience in perception systems, including Key Performance Indicators and performance.
+ 2 years of experience in the Extended Reality (XR) industry, including launches and research.
+ Experience developing consumer electronics hardware products.
+ Experience delivering products and technologies (e.g., new technology introduction).
+ Experience developing new system capabilities, features, and interfaces.
+ Experience building products with machine-learning, computer vision, and perception features.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

**Responsibilities**

+ Define and advance the product strategy and multi-year road-map for input and interaction systems on multiple extended reality devices with multiple modalities, including natural inputs and peripherals.
+ Collaborate with platform, System UI, and app teams to define extended reality input and interaction systems.
+ Drive an AI-forward input and interaction system that takes advantage of conversational, voice-based input.
+ Develop a strategy that can adapt to multiple types of extended reality devices running Android extended reality.
+ Cultivate ongoing relationships and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams (e.g., software, research UX/UXR, technical program managers) to drive timely execution and delivery.
