We are currently searching for a Creative Partnerships Manager to join the Corporate Marketing team in our Seattle headquarters, who will orchestrate and oversee creative projects that align with F5 brand identity and business objectives, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, the internal creative team, and external creative agencies.
Position Summary As Creative Partnerships Manager on the Corporate Marketing team, you will ensure projects can be communicated, created and delivered, balancing the needs of stakeholders with those of the internal creative team and external creative agencies.
You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
You will be a detective, asking the right questions to help stakeholders better plan for incoming projects.
You will embrace a support and leadership mindset, knowing how and when to balance each at the highest level.
Your success in this role will be measured by delivering high-quality creative projects that drive business results, fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Own the stakeholder relationships, the communication, and the process for creative projects

Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables
Support strategy, communication, and deliverables to, for, and with agencies with a focus on efficiency, value, and clarity
Manage the day-to-day interactions with agencies, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery of services
Identify and mitigate potential risks, including stakeholder satisfaction, off-target work, or project delays
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the internal team and agencies to implement changes
Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of the Code or other company policies
Perform other related duties as assigned

Understanding of brand identity and marketing principles
Ability to analyze and interpret business objectives to inform creative strategies

5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree

The annual base pay for this position is: $97,300.00 - $145,900.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
