**Job Description**
We are seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager, for our Fort Wayne, IN campus, to lead a team of Facilities professionals to support site operations improving safety, overall site performance, meeting legal and contractual requirements and goals of the business while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our soldiers.
This will be accomplished through site infrastructure projects, continuous improvement activity, mechanical integrity programs, proactive and predictive maintenance activity, maintenance support, and proficient engineering applications.
This position is a key member of the Facilities Leadership Team and reports to the Regional Facilities Director.
The Facilities Engineering team consists of four team members of various disciplines and experience levels.
The role is expected to maintain compliance and drive productivity and cost savings across the Maintenance and Facilities footprint.
The Facilities Engineering Manager will also oversee development and staffing needs for the department, keeping the team ready to respond to the needs of the business and facility.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Engineering or similar degree aligned to core disciplines - Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
+ 8 years of facility or engineering support
+ Experience in capital and /or project execution and support
+ Comfortable disseminating and presenting site relevant topics to leadership
+ Continuous improvement experience via 6Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies
+ Proven change agent, capable of garnering support and driving results
+ Self-aware and participative leadership style, engaging all levels of the organization
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Robust Leadership experience
+ Predictive maintenance processes knowledge
+ PMP and FMP practitioner
MBA or advanced technical degree
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
