Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking a **FADE** **Systems Integration Engineer SETA** to serve as a member of a System Engineer and Technical Advisor (SETA) team to support our government client on-site in Chantilly, Virginia.

**Responsibilities Include:**

+ Support the Program Manager in multiple facets which include: technical analysis, backlog grooming, customer requirements management, testing support, and contributions and recommendations on the future of the program.
+ Contribute to all aspects of the system development lifecycle.
+ Work directly with a development team and decompose requirements and mission tasks, and integrate them into tangible, technical requirements for an analytic framework leveraged by tens of thousands of users across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and Combatant Commands.
+ Participate in meetings and review processes discussions to ensure programs are meeting needs of senior leadership and the user community.
+ Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the government leadership team, internal, cross-tower coordination, external, and IC customers.

Required Qualifications

+ Active Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
+ US Citizenship is required.
+ Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 11 years of experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC).
+ 3 or more years of professional experience in systems integration engineering.
+ Experience designing, developing, testing, and installing software and supporting software products.
+ Experience in writing, reviewing, and editing of technical reports, test reports, architecture diagrams, etc.
+ Basic interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior government civilians and military officers.
+ Ability to build and present technical briefings and reports with specific knowledge of various system architecture frameworks.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform duties.
+ Demonstrated familiarity and/or proficiency with the FADE Suite of tools.
+ Atlassian tool suite experience (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Desired Qualifications

+ Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
+ Basic understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD services.
+ Experience with Agile processes (SAFe 6).
+ Experience working with AWS or other cloud services.
+ Experience in DevSecOps.
+ Understanding of service architectures.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status.

For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.

While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $109,800.00 - USD $171,525.00 /Yr.
