As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Travel 90% throughout the US to various customer sites
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical technical issues for customers
+ Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
+ Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex electrical technical solutions
+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Experience in project management and execution
+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
