Your day to day as a Field Service Technician

As a new Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you can anticipate a fulfilling daily routine filled with hands-on tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Work Schedule will be: Monday- Friday 8 am to 5 pm (depending on department needs), to ensure optimal customer support.

Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, conduct site visits, and utilize your problem-solving skills to address various field service needs.

Your commitment to excellence and willingness to learn will be essential as you navigate the dynamic telecommunications industry and contribute to our customer-centric approach.

What we're looking for in a Field Service Technician

To excel as a Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess essential skills and qualifications.

This includes holding a current valid driver's license and demonstrating the ability to drive a vehicle safely without endangering oneself or others.

Candidates should also be capable of being added to the company's auto insurance policy (no accidents or speeding tickets within the last 5 years) and commit to maintaining regular and predictable attendance, with a minimum standard work week of 40 hours.

Additionally, individuals must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status, both currently and in the future.

These requirements ensure that our team members uphold integrity, safety, and professionalism in their roles.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Current valid Driver's License
  • Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
  • Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy
  • Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
