Field Support Center Specialist Job Opening In Rolling Meadows – Now Hiring TEKsystems


Job description

We’re looking for a Field Support Center Specialist (FSCS) to be the frontline hero supporting our service partners and customers.

You’ll be the go-to expert for technical support—delivering solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our partners receive world-class service.
What You’ll Do:

+ Handle up to 40 calls a day with professionalism and empathy.

+ Provide technical support via phone, email, and other channels.

+ Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, accessories, consumables, and spare parts.

+ Document interactions and escalate priority issues when needed.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

+ Support after-hours hotline when business needs arise.

What You Bring:

+ 1+ year of hands-on technician experience (automotive, HVAC, electronics, etc.).

+ Strong customer service and communication skills.

+ Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity.

+ A team-first mindset and attention to detail.

+ Experience with electrical wiring or hardware troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
