The candidate selected for this position will be the **Finance Director for the Space Systems product line** within the **C4ISR business area** .
With annual revenues approaching $200m, this product line is poised for growth in the space market.
The product line has a diverse portfolio of state of the art development/production programs, and has both defense and commercial products.
This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the Space Systems Product Line Director and to the Product Line & Business Area Finance Leadership teams.
This position oversees a team of eight with staff in Manassas, VA and Hudson, NH.
**This role will be based in Hudson, New Hampshire (65 River Rd), with periodic travel to Manassas, VA as needed.**
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Finance business partner to the Space Systems Product Line Director and the entire team
+ Develop financial forecasts for the product line for the current year and the long-range plan, incorporating a full view of risk and opportunities to the forecast
+ Align with the team on strategic direction and priorities and the financial forecast
+ Deliver on all weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, including reporting on variances
+ Review and approve bids and proposals
+ Support business case analysis and investment decisions
+ Provide guidance and oversight to the product line and program teams ensuring compliance
+ Develop opportunities for team development, growth, and continuous improvement
+ Ensure financial resources are available as needed throughout the product line
+ Partner with the product line to grow the commercial portions of the business and ensure compliance and profitability
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or Masters' Degree and equivalent experience.
+ Experience in **proposal strategic leadership** , **development/review of financial forecasting of salient data** , and **successful mentoring of staff** .
+ **Proven leadership skills** and **ability to work in a changing environment.**
+ Ability to partner with all functions.
+ **Secret Clearance** - or at minimum, ability to obtain it after starting in role.
+ **DoD Contracting experience** .
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
+ Experience working with various contracting vehicles and program types
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
