The Zebra Financial Development Program (FDP) is a 3-year rotational program including three distinct one-year rotations in different roles within Zebra Finance, with each rotation dependent on the successful completion of the prior assignment.
The program covers all tasks under the scope and responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer, including but not limited to, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, accounting, and internal audit.
The program aims to empower the next generation of finance leaders through strategic thinking, business acumen, and organizational agility.
Responsibilities:
**Specific responsibilities are dependent on the rotation you are assigned and in addition to the roles listed, others may be offered based on evolving business needs.**
Financial Planning & Analysis
+ Participate in P&L reporting and variance analysis.
+ Assist with ad-hoc projects of moderate scope supporting the development of financial reporting based on the analysis of these projects.
+ Support the creation of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations.
+ Partner with the function to provide in depth knowledge as a Finance contact.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Accounting/Financial Reporting
+ Assist with month-end closing activities including income statements, balance sheets, profit- and loss, and other accounting statements.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries necessary for monthly close; enter journal entries, reconcile accounts and investigate reconciling items.
+ Assist with developing external reporting documents for Zebra quarterly earnings release.
Internal Audit
+ Execute testing of internal controls and identify exceptions.
+ Participate in business walkthroughs to gain comprehensive understanding of processes.
+ Assist experienced and/or Senior Internal Auditor(s) in summarizing audit results.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Successful completion of a Zebra internship
+ High Degree of Accuracy
+ Confident at working to deadlines
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Advanced Excel and database skills

Salary: USD 59800.00 - USD 89800.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together.
