We have an excellent opportunity for a **Financial Systems Quality Assurance Analyst** to be located at our Whippany, NJ headquarters.

We are seeking a Financial Systems Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in SAP and finance to support a growing portfolio of systems, integrations, and data-driven projects.

This role bridges IT and Finance, requiring both technical systems acumen and hands-on accounting or financial operations experience.

The role requires comfortability in a hybrid analyst/QA role, able to document requirements, test configurations, and support continuous improvement across financial processes.

**Hybrid position reporting to the office 4 days a week**

**Responsibilities**

+ Provides functional support for SAP financial modules, particularly FICO, AP, inventory, fixed assets, and general ledger.
+ Conducts manual QA testing in SAP environments, documenting test cases and results using Excel or Word.
+ Investigates and resolve production issues; ensure data integrity across financial transactions and reports.
+ Collaborates closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support deployments.
+ Manages the creation and lifecycle of purchase orders, vendor contracts, goods receipts, invoice validations, and asset transactions.
+ Reconciles financial data and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies (e.g., payment reclassifications, pricing variances).
+ Contributes to automation efforts and testing related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting, inventory transfer processes, and EDI vendor onboarding.
+ Supports integrations and data validation for new systems including Retail, Payroll, and B2B purchasing platforms.

$75,000 – $113,000 Annually

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4-year technical degree (preferably in Business, Accounting or Information Technology, QA or field) or equivalent experience is required
+ Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role, with a strong finance or accounting foundation.
+ An understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them
+ 3-4 + years of manual QA testing experience in SAP QA environments; ability to document test plans and results clearly.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
