As a Foundry Assistant, you will assist the Casting Manager and take on responsibility in their absence.
You will plan, direct, and coordinate work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental standards.
You will be responsible for approximately 75 people across all three shifts.

Work Environment
You will be supporting the casting side at a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, supplying brake rotors to a major customer.
The work environment is non-union and multi-craft, providing a collaborative and diverse atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
