The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Analysis and Reporting team you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

As a Senior Manager you are expected to leverage your influence, knowledge, and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach others to solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Managing financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Providing financial support to operations and infrastructure
- Monitoring business environment trends
- Analyzing financial data and preparing recommendations
- Developing business plans and forecasts
- Overseeing budgeting and planning of key initiatives
- Maintaining integrity and accuracy of financial reporting
- Coaching and developing budget team members

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
