**Overview**
As a Manager, you will work closely with the National planning teams, Vendors (Google, Bing, Etc…) and our search activation partner, Synergize, applying critical and creative thinking beyond the scope of media solutions including translating expectations into deliverables and communicating those deliverables across the Consumer Communications (C2) Group and agency departments.

+ The willingness and ability to innovate in the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) space.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee execution of strategy, optimizations, and reporting by Saatchi search team and our search activation partner, Synergize.
+ Takes lead role in crafting client presentations and presenting to the client
+ Lead day-to-day strategies, media, and testing roadmaps.
+ Demonstrates ability to be flexible, and work across multiple projects, clients, and levels.
+ Demonstrates strong business acumen in partnership with other channels/teams.
+ Builds relationships and collaborates with other media planning teams to build paid search plans that align with overarching campaign communication objectives and strategy.
+ Leads Fiscal Year Planning including cross vendor collaborations that contribute to the overall deliverable as well as all internal reviews and client presentation.
+ Creates positive team culture that fosters growth; accountable for career development of direct reports.
+ Viewed by day-to-day clients as the main point of contact.
+ Responsible for Monthly client update presentations.
+ Consistently adds value beyond performance with client deliverables.
+ Grow as a leader and subject matter expert by staying up-to-date on search best practices and landscape; lead select initiatives within the department such as POVs, councils, support new business pitches as needed.
+ Maintain strong professional relationships with media vendors (Google, Bing, Etc…).
+ Utilize organizational skills to manage and prioritize team daily work flow.
+ Monitor budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
+ Proactively address process, workflow, resources and communications issues and impediments.
**Qualifications**
+ College Degree.
+ Minimum 6-7 years of dedicated Paid Search planning experience – and within a supervisory capacity for at least 2-3 years.
+ Automotive experience is desirable.
+ Ability to think critically and creatively to develop solutions that secure client goals – understanding that KPIs are not client goals, but a metric to determine if we’re on a path to securing client goals.
+ Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must excel in the ability to explain complex systems/structures to clients / internal media teams / agency teams.
+ Excellent organization and time management.
+ Ability to prioritize large volume of own work as well as manage team deliverables and providing feedback in a timely fashion.
+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and changes in direction.
+ Demonstrate resourcefulness, creative use of resources to proactively solve problems and get the job done.
+ Working knowledge of media research tools (Google Trends, Adthena, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and ability to analyze syndicated research.
+ Expert knowledge of Search Ads 360, Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Prisma, SEM Rush.
+ Experience with GA4 a strong plus.
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with reporting within the DoubleClick suite or comparable service.
+ Working comprehension of search media strategy development.
+ Demonstrate strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Believe in leading by example, finding solutions and striving for excellence.
+ Good use of judgment when making decisions and performing tasks.

Compensation Range: $3,000/weekly.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
