Job Description
General:
The Front Desk Administrator at Prestage is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and visitors.
This role requires a highly organized and friendly individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
As the first point of contact for the company, the Front Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Specific Duties / Responsibilities:
+ Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
+ Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
+ Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
+ Maintain and update records, files, and databases
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Manage office supplies and inventory
+ Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing, formatting documents, and data entry
+ Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
+ Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are clean and organized
+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
+ Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
Skills/Abilities/Attributes:
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Professional and friendly demeanor
+ Punctual and reliable
+ Bilingual is preferred but not required
