Founded in 2022 and backed by top investors, they are assembling a founding engineering team to help scale a next-generation financial platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build full-stack products using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and GCP.
- Architect SQL schemas and scalable infrastructure to support product growth.
- Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to define technical requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Solve challenging backend problems while contributing to the frontend as needed.
- Take ownership as a foundational engineering team member, helping shape best practices and company culture.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 to 15 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong CS fundamentals (degree in Computer Science or related preferred).
- Proven ability to architect and deliver end-to-end systems.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, GCP.
- Experience designing and optimizing SQL database schemas.
- Track record of thriving in early-stage startup environments (founding or hypergrowth experience highly valued).
- Demonstrated high ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a founding engineer or startup technical leader.
- Background in fintech or financial systems.
- History of rapid promotion into senior or staff roles.
Interview Process

Compensation:
- Senior Engineer: $170,000 $210,000 base + equity
- Staff Engineer: $220,000 $315,000 base + equity
