Full Stack Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Full Stack Engineering Manager in Irving, TX, and the job duties are as follows:


+ Supervise a team of Full Stack Engineers across various levels assigning tasks and monitoring the completion of core responsibilities and projects.

+ Design and build analytical data systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications and identifying appropriate datasets for solutions.

+ Supervise and assign work assignments, work schedules, and projects to programmers, designers, technologists, technicians, or other engineering or scientific personnel.

+ Prepare reports concerning project specifications and oversee approval of work products.

+ Re-engineer complex data integration solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.

+ Prepare reports and documentation detailing specifications, activities, or system capabilities, and share updates with stakeholders.

+ Make strategic decisions impacting teams and projects through regular consultation with senior management.

+ Interact with system analysts, engineers, programmers and others to manage issues, risks and performance requirements for a project.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

+ Managing, designing, and developing large scale data migration, data integration, and data consumption solutions;

+ Supporting a high availability Data Solution on Teradata, Databricks or Snowflake;

+ Programming experience with Python, Java, or Scala;

+ Working on Complex SQL and SQL Performance Tuning;

+ Translating business and functional requirements into technical requirement and designs for data integration, migration, and data consumption; and

+ Utilizing Agile Delivery Methodologies for project development including work breakdown, sizing, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

+ Utilizing AWS Web services, Ab initio, or Pyspark;

+ Working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Qlik Replicate or other data replication tools;

+ Implementing data migration and integration with Databricks or Ab initio; and

+ Working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Apache Kafka.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
