We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Brenham.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementing physical therapy programs as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their mobility and functional goals.Conducting home visits to provide therapeutic treatments and exercises to improve patients' physical function and independence.Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed, in consultation with a supervising Physical Therapist.Educating patients and their families on exercises and activities that can aid in recovery and improve quality of life.Documenting patient care activities and progress accurately and in a timely manner. Qualifications:
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current PTA license in the state of Texas.Previous experience in a home health setting is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing situations in a home care environment.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, transferring, and providing manual therapy to patients.
