Furnace Operator- Pay up to $28/hr - Rotating 1st & 3rd Shift
Job Description
As a Mechanical Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining high productivity melting furnaces.
You will work on a monthly swing shift between 1st and 3rd (12-hour shifts) from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am, following a 2-2-3-3 schedule.

Work Environment
This is a direct placement position.
You will work on a monthly swing shift between 1st and 3rd, with 12-hour shifts.
Initially, training will be on the 1st shift for the first 1-2 months (Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3 pm).
Once assigned to a permanent crew, you will work one month of 7 am-7 pm, then the next month 7 pm-7 am, following a 2-2-3-3 schedule.
Compensation is $25-$28/hr, dependent on experience.
