We’re looking for a General Manager who shares our vision and mission—someone who leads with purpose, cultivates growth, and drives excellence in every aspect of restaurant operations.

What You’ll Do

As a General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your restaurant’s success.

You’ll lead a team, manage operations, and ensure every guest receives the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

• Oversee daily operations and ensure profitability

• Maintain McDonald’s standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

• Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve performance

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures


What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience (preferred restaurant experience)

• Strong communication and team-building skills

• Passion for serving others and making a difference

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow

• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement

What You’ll Get

· $52,000 - $68,000 / year, starting salary based on experience

· Performance bonuses up to $12,000 / year
