Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
Minimum 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel selfserviceIVR and OmniChannel Orchestration Routing on Client Cloud CX.
Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and NonVoice SMS Email Chat Bot etc applications solutioning using Client Cloud CX Architect.
Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda Lex Polly and CRMDynamics etc.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong and wellestablished record of accomplishment in delivering customer interaction solutions across various interaction channels IVR web MessageChat SMS social media etc Thorough understanding of Client Framework Integration with internal and external components.
Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speechbased interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
Deep knowledge of multiple Self Service and speech recognition vendors offerings strengths and weaknesses including handson experience with products from leading vendors such as Amazon Client and Nuance Knowledge of Client AI WFM Reporting and Analytics.
Experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
Candidate must be a Client Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area Inbound Outbound multichannel Recording Reporting etc Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual and global environment.
