* Must be currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering major at an ABET accredited university.
* Working knowledge of soil mechanics theory and laboratory testing technique
* Work will involve a mix of both office-based and field-based assignments.
Please note in your application or resume if you have any limitations to perform daytime or nighttime field work
* Field work may include inspections of soil/rock exploratory and construction related activity, specifically, subsurface investigation and laboratory testing programs, taking field notes, providing construction QA/QC.
* Office work may include performing calculations, assisting with engineering reports and packaging submissions.
* Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam, and Mathcad.
Experience of geotechnical software is an added plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Must work well in a group or team atmosphere.
* Strong time management and attention to detail.
* GPA of 3.0 or higher
* Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
