The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.Work Experience:
Deep experience in the banking or finance industries preferred
Understanding of regulatory environment and compliance concerns preferred
Experience with focus on risk management, risk modelling, and/or knowledge of regulatory requirements of institutional banking highly desired
Experience working closely with business teams to understand requirements
Experience working in a systematic project management delivery process
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Experienced in SDLC methodologies including Agile, waterfall, or other delivery methodology
Proven ability to solicit, define, and deliver business requirements
Experience defining creative solutions to meet business needs
Experience delivering complex projects
Knowledge of REST APIs and Cloud Technology highly desirable
Experience with JIRA and Agile project delivery
Experience in creating test plans and test cases and verify test results against requirements.

Responsibilities:
Take lead responsibility on large projects
Drive planning at the various organizational levels to ensure projects are on track
Lead project meetings as needed and report back with decisions made and action items
Establish project / program governance and communication with stakeholders
Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
Proactively manage dependencies, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks
Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
Manage project financial and resource forecasting
Identify and challenge project financials and deliverables to ensure efficient and accurate execution
Ensure project transparency through reporting and updates
Facilitate the documentation of business requirement and testing
Manage project changes
Manage the establishment of vendor and 3rd party contracts
Education:
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Bachelor's degree
The typical base pay range for this role is between $85K - $124K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
