As the Global Senior Manager - Talent Inclusion & Diversity for Mars Science & Diagnostics (SDx), you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we grow, develop, and support our people.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the VP, Talent and Corporate People & Organization (P&O), you’ll lead the operational execution of our talent management processes and inclusion and diversity (I&D) programs — ensuring both are not just well-run, but inspiring, data-driven, and future-focused.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

**Talent Management**

+ Partner with the VP, Talent and Corporate P&O to bring our talent strategy to life, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
+ Drive preparation for Leadership Team Talent sessions — from pre-work and data consolidation to creating materials that bring insight, clarity, and action.
+ Manage succession planning processes and confidential data, ensuring accurate updates and insightful metrics for quarterly and annual reviews.
+ Support Talent Development Reviews (TDRs), talent pipeline efforts, and key initiatives such as mentoring programs, career storytelling, and development frameworks.
+ Act as a proxy for the VP, Talent & Corporate P&O when needed, ensuring continuity and leadership coverage.

**Inclusion & Diversity**

+ Co-create the global I&D strategy for SDx with the VP, ensuring it aligns with our broader Mars ecosystem and reflects SDx’s unique culture and priorities.
+ Represent SDx’s vision and voice within North America I&D leadership forums and cross-segment collaborations.
+ Partner with the Data & Analytics team to design and operationalize I&D metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive accountability and progress.
+ Lead the operational deployment of I&D initiatives — from programs and learning to events and communications.
+ Provide oversight for Associate Resource Group (ARG) frameworks and activation across SDx in partnership with the global I&D COE.

**Additional Contributions**

+ Support broader People & Organization (P&O) transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and impact across the business.
+ Bring forward creative ideas and best practices to continuously enhance how we manage talent and inclusion globally.

**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ 6+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational planning.
+ Demonstrated experience in Inclusion & Diversity program management (preferred).
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence across functions - PMO experience a strong plus.
