**The Full Time Program - July 2026**

The Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (GSCLDP) purpose is to cultivate and empower Whirlpool’s next generation of leaders who can strategically navigate, optimize, and innovate within increasingly complex, dynamic, and global supply chains.

Here at Whirlpool Corporation, our Supply Chain and Procurement teams use state-of-the-art technology and a customer-centric supply chain strategy to manage a global network and an unmatched trade partner order fulfillment process.

The program is designed for motivated early career talent eager to drive impact and accelerate their career trajectory.

This is a full-time, three-year rotational program with three 12-month rotations across key areas of business:

**Supply Chain:** Focus on logistics, planning, and trade customer support, including inventory management, demand planning, transportation, and customer relations.

**Procurement:** Develop expertise in direct and indirect procurement, finished product sourcing, and supplier management.

In addition to the rotational experience, the program offers development opportunities to gain cross-functional knowledge, mentorship and networking opportunities and exposure to the company’s leadership.

**Program locations**

All rotations take place at our North American headquarters in **Southwest Michigan** .

**Your day-to-day**

Complete three rotations in: First two rotations include one in Supply Chain (12 months) and one in Procurement (12 months).

The third rotation will be a differentiated role in either Supply Chain or Procurement based on your career interests and development goals.

Your rotational assignments will be in areas such as:

**Supply Chain Roles:**

+ Product Fulfillment Team - Inventory Management, Product Demand Planning - Forecasting
+ Transportation Team - Inbound/Outbound Logistics
+ Global Logistics Team – Damage Prevention, Global Ocean Bids, Reverse Logistics
+ Trade Customer Support Team – Customer Relations Supervision (Leadership role) & Continuous Improvement

**Procurement Roles:**

+ Direct Procurement Buyer for various goods (i.e. steel, resins, chemicals, stampings, plastics)
+ Finished Product Sourcing Project Management
+ Indirect Procurement Buyer
+ Product Management for product launch
+ Distressed Supplier Management
+ Supplier Quality and Development

**Minimum requirements**

+ Completion of Bachelor's degree by May 2026 with a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA
+ Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Integrated Supply Management or Applied Engineering Sciences
+ Must have indefinite US work authorization.

**Preferred skills and experiences**

+ Previous internship or co-op experience working in a similar environment or company of similar size/scope to Whirlpool Corporation; within supply chain, procurement or manufacturing
+ Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and statistical applications knowledge
+ Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with business partners
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
+ Demonstrated personal accountability for results and high level of initiative
+ Ability to inspire teams and achieve extraordinary results through thought leadership and a collaborative approach.
+ Ability to align your work to company and/or function vision and strategy
+ Understanding of continuous improvement tools & methodologies
+ Finance skills are a plus
