**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator - Activation IC in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products
+ Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests
+ Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
+ Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks
+ Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds
+ Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up
+ Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings
+ Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
+ Demonstrated strong focus on risk mitigation
+ Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
+ Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ Ability to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven virtual environment
+ Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners

**Job Expectations:**

+ This role offers a hybrid work schedule
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

**Salary Range:**

+ El Monte, CA: $30.77 - $45.67 Hourly range
+ Minneapolis, MN: $27.88 -- $41.83 Hourly range
+ All other locations: $25.48 - $37.98 Hourly range

**Pay Range**

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.

The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$25.48 - $45.67
