Support the planning, development, and execution of promotional and collateral materials for Plan Sponsors and members, with a focus on Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and mental well-being initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain promotional and educational content for Plan Sponsors and members, including a centralized content resource library.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Plan Sponsors, and internal teams to fulfill custom marketing and communication requests.
Assist in the strategic planning and execution of communications for the EAP and related mental well-being programs.
Create and adapt marketing materials and sales presentations in support of Behavioral Health (BH)/EAP sales initiatives.
Respond to urgent, high-priority content and design requests with quick turnaround times.
Manage, update, and customize content for the EAP Member website.
Provide design support for Healthcare Mental Well-being leadership and various business initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook): 5–10 years of advanced proficiency.
Adobe InDesign: 1–5 years of professional-level experience.
Adobe Photoshop: 1–5 years of experience.
Adobe Acrobat Pro: 1–5 years of experience.
Adobe Illustrator: 1–5 years preferred.
Adobe Dreamweaver (basic HTML edits): 1–3 years preferred.
WCAG Compliance (Accessibility): 1–3 years preferred.
Professional Writing: 3–5 years of experience.
Strong understanding and hands-on use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Demonstrated ability to produce accessible digital materials in compliance with web accessibility standards.
