**Overview**

The Group Account Supervisor is the brand champion.

They will provide strategic input, tactical planning, and direction on multiple or large-scale assigned accounts.

The Group Account Supervisor has direct management responsibilities: supervises junior account staff to implement plans in a timely, effective, and profitable manner.

They build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships with multiple or mid-level clients, as well as ensuring high-quality agency output.

**ABOUT THE CLIENT SERVICES TEAM**
As a member of the Client Services (Account) Team, you’re an ambassador for the rest of the agency.

We’re the first people our clients look to for guidance, and we are committed to make sure the client’s needs are always met.

We’re also the liaisons between the client and the rest of the internal agency team, bridging the gap so information is communicated transparently for all parties.

We uphold the mission of RFH by being effective modern medicine advocates.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develops communication objectives and strategies (e.g., marketing/brand platform briefs).

Has the ability to see the big picture and identify the key/broad issues while still driving the process and details.

Is able to address strategic marketing issues and propose viable solutions
+ Communicates key client issues/initiatives to team accurately and in a timely manner
+ Builds trusting relationships with client counterparts.

Is seen as strategic, integral to the account, and offering added value
+ Demonstrates and applies extensive and expert knowledge of assigned brands including relevant clinical data behind promotional messages
+ Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of advice for therapeutic area.

Proactively identifies opportunities based on the market
+ Ensures team adherence to agency process.

Identifies issues and leads problem resolution
+ Develops and administers clients’ budgets based on accurate estimating and tracking of hours, out-of-pocket expenses, and reconciliation against estimates.

Raises client awareness as to when changes in client direction affect estimates.

Sound decision making regarding hours dedicated to jobs and what to prioritize.

Contributes to the revenue and forecasts of the brand
+ Takes on wider, informal leadership responsibilities within the agency
+ Provides clear and fair direction and feedback to junior account staff
+ Demonstrates and communicates a clear expert POV as marketing partner to clients
+ High-level analysis of category, research, and competitive data.

Analyzes and extracts findings/issues from all available marketing data.
+ Supervises and effectively manages the production of client-approved marketing tools
+ Collaborates on creative brief development
+ Assumes responsibility for the writing and preparation of marketing communications plans and proposals
+ Ensures client is kept apprised of all account activity; this includes ultimate responsibility for ensuring that appropriate written reports are delivered accurately and quickly.

Presents complex data or messages in clear, succinct, compelling manner to clients
+ Lead role in ensuring timely, accurate client documentation and correspondence
+ Demonstrates passion for the brand

**Qualifications**

+ 5-7 years’ experience within client services; pharma advertising experience required
+ Previous experience managing/mentoring others preferred
+ Proactive and willing to take action
+ Exhibits integrity and trust
+ Thorough knowledge of all basic financial tools necessary to account management
+ Demonstrates the ability to think creatively and strategically

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $106,260 annually.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.

Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.

For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
