ID.me is seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our Platform product teams.
The Platform organization is responsible for defining and governing the resource primitives that power ID.me’s SuperApp and Wallet — including Resource teams (Biometrics, Devices, Credentials), Entity teams (Persons and Organizations, which together make up the Identity Trust Graph), and Domain teams (Shopping Graph, Healthcare Graph, Financial Graph, and others).
As a GPM, you’ll manage a team of Product Managers and set the long-term vision for how ID.me’s Platform resources are defined, governed, and consumed by Apps teams and external developers.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Fraud & Personalization Data Science, Developer Portal, and Ops & Analytics to ensure that Platform APIs and events are consistent, reliable, and compliant.
This role is critical to delivering on our mission: help us build the identity layer for the internet.
This is a high-visibility leadership role at the heart of ID.me’s strategy.
You’ll define how resources like Biometrics, Devices, Credentials, and Graphs (Identity, Shopping, Healthcare, Financial) are modeled and delivered at internet scale.
You’ll mentor the next generation of PMs and shape how ID.me’s Platform is consumed by our SuperApp, Wallet, and partner ecosystem.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
