  • Domain Graphs: Support adoption and trust of domain-specific graphs (Shopping, Healthcare, Financial) that power personalization, fraud prevention, and partner integrations.

  • API & Event Governance: Partner with the Developer Portal team to enforce consistency in API naming, versioning, error handling, and deprecation policies.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    • Partner with Apps teams (Wallet, Domains, Core Experiences) to prioritize Platform capabilities needed to deliver member outcomes.

    • Partner with Infrastructure teams (e.g., Data Acquisition & Normalization) to ensure validations and integrations meet Product contracts.

  • Compliance & Trust: Ensure Platform APIs and events align with regulatory requirements (NIST 800-63, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR).

  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define KPIs for adoption, SLA adherence, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence across engineering, product, compliance, and GTM teams.

  • History of driving adoption of platform resources across multiple product domains.

Key Success Metrics

  • Platform Adoption: % of Apps teams and external developers consuming Platform APIs/events.
