Job description

We are looking for Sales interns to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in the Remote US.

We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental, and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture.

This program also offers undergraduate students the ability to apply their education and background to challenging assignments to build both technical and professional skills.

+ As a highly motivated undergraduate student, you will participate in a 12-week internship working alongside a mentor to aid our field agronomic teams.
+ Your ability to be mobile is critical as assignment can be located in a variety of locations throughout the U.S. including at one of our research farms.
+ Localized project/work assignment which may include a variety of trials; seed treatment, fungicide and herbicide trials with growers.

Collect supporting data, analyze and trouble shoot data and provide feedback.

Identify process improvements, test, troubleshoot and provide solutions.
+ Take part in and help set up customer tours and presentations.
+ All interns will be assessed throughout the summer for either a returning internship offer, or a full time offer for one of our Professional Development rotational program.

BASF's Professional Development Programs (PDPs) were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded current university students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences.

This internship allows interns to contribute to real-world business needs, while exploring career options and developing technical and professional decision-making skills.

Interns will have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers
