**About the job**
As the GTM leader for our Geospatial Analytics portfolio, you will be responsible for ensuring that we are successfully developing, launching, landing, and scaling products with the objective of achieving business metrics.
You will bring an understanding of the Analytics market, potential changes to Geospatial Analytics driven by AI, and GTM models to help the business scale.
This portfolio will include key consumer, prosumer, enterprise, and developer facing products including Google Earth, Google Earth Engine, and our Google Maps Platform Insight products.The Geo team is focused on building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users, through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more.
Every month, more than a billion people rely on Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives.
The Geo team also enables developers to use the power of Google Maps platforms to enhance their apps and websites.
As they plot a course for the future of mapping, they are solving complex computer science problems, designing beautiful and intuitive product experiences, and improving our understanding of the real world.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

**Responsibilities**
+ Drive business and alignment across Cloud, Research, and DeepMind, partnering with Product teams to define a compelling Analytics product roadmap.
+ Develop pricing, business models and lead the launch and landing process, including naming, SKU creation, and channel enablement.
+ Build and execute a cohesive go-to-market (GTM) and ecosystem strategy for the Analytics portfolio, including product-led-growth initiatives and tailored demand generation.
+ Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), recommending and facilitating data-driven strategies to ensure business outcomes and growth goals are met.
+ Lead and develop a team, setting priorities and organizational goals, and providing regular coaching, performance management, and career development support.
