A Day In The Life
+ Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and adjust a variety of machines and equipment, including (but not limited to) blade folding, riveting, conveying, boxing, banding, strapping, painting, and other departmental tools.
+ Assembly & Processing: Perform a wide range of tasks such as assembling, painting, boxing, palletizing, filing, bundling, nutting, sorting, twisting, and deburring.
+ Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections, separate and tag parts, count and record production, track scrap, and maintain accurate production records.
+ Workplace Maintenance: Keep machines, equipment, and your work area clean, organized, and in good working condition.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Physical Endurance:
+ Ability to sit or stand and perform repetitive tasks for at least 8 hours.
+ Lift and carry 50 lb.
cartons from 6” to 48” high, moving them 3 feet to a pallet—approximately 40 times per hour.
+ Push loaded skids using 20 lbs.
of force over a distance of 6 feet, as needed.
Motor Skills & Stamina:
+ Full use of both hands and the ability to walk and see clearly to perform essential tasks.
+ Perform highly repetitive work involving 22–25 assemblies per minute using eight distinct motions.
Adaptability:
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-vibration environment.
+ Willingness to occasionally exceed standard physical requirements based on production needs.
