What you ’ll do
Develop and implement an enterprise-wide infrastructure security strategy that aligns with business objectives.Oversee the security of Linux and Windows servers, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.Manage data and database security, including the implementation of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) strategies.Ensure the security of desktop, end user, and mobile devices, implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks.Oversee the security of Office365 and other SaaS platforms, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.Develop and manage the vulnerability management program, ensuring up-to-date patching and managing end of life devices.Manage SSO & MFA platforms including Okta and Microsoft EntraID.Manage and guide a team of highly skilled engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure security strategies are understood and implemented across the organization.Partner with Compliance to perform security assessments of new products and services.Stay up-to-date with the latest security systems, protocols, and standards, and ensure the organization's security infrastructure is updated accordingly.What’s required
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure security.Extensive experience with securing Linux and Windows server platforms, including Active Directory, DNS and other file sharing services.Proven experience in data and database security, including the implementation of DLP strategies.Experience managing desktop, end user, and mobile device security.Proficiency in securing Office365, Salesforce, Slack, Box and other SaaS platforms.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related fieldCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our people

The annual base salary range for this role is $285,000-$350,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
