is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team.

In this role, you will maintain and repair a variety of heavy civil construction equipment, ensuring safety and reliability across multiple job sites.

From bulldozers and excavators to loaders, dump trucks, and small support equipment, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet operating at maximum performance so our projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on bulldozers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, and related small equipment (compactors, dewatering pumps, cut saws, etc.).-
Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems efficiently.-
Complete small engine rebuilds, component replacements, and major equipment repairs.-
Maintain accurate service and repair records.-
Operate service truck and perform field repairs as needed.-
Minimize equipment downtime to support project schedules.-
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards during repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:-
Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel/heavy civil equipment repair.-
Strong troubleshooting skills with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.-
Ability to read and interpret schematics and service manuals.-
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (CDL preferred but not required).-
Experience with John Deere and Bomag equipment or military mechanic background is a plus.-
Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently in the field.
