POSITION SUMMARY
As a Helpdesk Coordinator you will use advanced tools to remotely troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade assets, manage work requests, and coordinate contractors to resolve issues.
JOB DUTIES
Report to the TPG Assistant Maintenance Director in Houston.Collaborate with subject matter experts to solve daily challenges in the Petroleum Industry.Maintain asset uptime for an assigned site list.Act as a backup dispatcher, handling calls, emails, and dispatching work orders.Grow with the evolving call center to better support our stores.Utilize Insite360, Netops, Titan, and other remote monitoring software to maintain equipment and maximize uptime.Decide on dispatching TPG technicians or contractors if issues cannot be resolved remotely.Support special projects assigned to the Maintenance Department.SKILLS REQUIRED
High school diploma or GED.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues over the phone with store personnel.Strong ownership and commitment to task completion.To review TPG’s Recruitment Data Privacy Note, click .
