We are looking for an experienced Senior Drainage Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing team in Florida.

You’ll be working on some of the most challenging and exciting transportation projects in Florida, using the latest tools and technologies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and produce drainage designs, including storm sewer layouts and stormwater management.

  • Prepare engineering documents such as permit packages and design documentation reports.

  • Perform advanced Microstation/GEOPAK/ASAD processes.

  • Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications with multi-discipline engineering teams.

  • Conduct quality control to ensure designs, plans, and calculations meet high standards.

  • Support Project Managers with administrative duties and business development activities.
  • What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Florida Professional Engineering (PE) Registration is a plus.

  • Proficiency in advanced Microstation/GEOPAK processes.

  • Experience with ICPR, SWMM, ASAD, and HEC-RAS (3D modeling a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of FDOT plans preparation criteria and design standards.

  • Ability to lead and organize small to medium-sized engineering design teams.

  • Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to train and mentor junior staff.
