Job Description
Clifford Chance US LLP is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator - Projects to provide support to the HR department on a range of projects, notably in the fields of HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, process optimization, and other projects as directed by the HR Director - Americas or Senior HR Business Partner - Americas.
In this role, you will assist with the operations and special projects of the Americas HR function, ensuring the efficient delivery of services, including managing projects end to end, maintaining employee records, and handling ad-hoc HR inquiries.
You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the broader HR team to support various projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience of projects, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting HR efforts, while demonstrating the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
