· Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM) certification preferred

4+ Years HR Generalist Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Certification in HR, business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Must adapt easily to changing priorities, function well in a fast-paced environment, and handle a high degree of confidential information.

Experience with emphasis on employee relations, coaching and training activities.
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
