**What you’ll do**
+ Extract, transform, and analyze data from SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management
+ Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, employee engagement)
+ Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to identify data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
+ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform decision-making related to talent management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SuccessFactors platform through regular audits and validation
+ Automate reporting processes and streamline data collection to improve efficiency
+ Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
+ Stay up-to-date with SuccessFactors product updates and new features to optimize data utilization
**What you’ll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or Business Administration
+ Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years of direct experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
+ Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools, such as Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and Online Report Designer (ORD)
+ Advanced skills in business rules to drive data integrity across the SuccessFactors Platform
+ Solid understanding of HR data, metrics, and business processes
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences
+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
**Additional qualifications**
+ Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
+ Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
**Physical abilities & exposures**
+ Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
+ Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
