About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations at our Twinsburg, OH facility.

This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development.

You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership and a champion of employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Twinsburg location, supporting approximately 300 full-time employees and seasonal contractors.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, and hourly roles, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Drive performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
  • Support compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary administration and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, and maintain the Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Facilitate training programs through LMS and support employee development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with leadership on employee relations matters, offering guidance and resolution strategies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business systems and kaizen activities.
  • Recommend and implement HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate analysis.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, .
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale operations with seasonal workforce fluctuations.
  • Knowledge of business systems and continuous improvement methodologies (., kaizen).
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
