Their team is now looking for a Human Resources Administrator!


Salary/Hourly Rate:


$20/hr – $25/hr


Position Overview:


The candidate for Human Resources Administrator must be detail-oriented and proactive to join the team.

The successful candidate will assist with the processing of payroll and the administration of employee benefits for a workforce of over 250 employees.


Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll for 250+ hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

  • Handle time-off tracking, PTO entry, and verification.

  • Manage input and review of payroll data.

  • Respond to employee questions regarding PTO and payroll-related matters.

  • Assist with benefits enrollments and changes.

  • Maintain benefit records and ensure accurate updates in ADP.

  • Assist with FSA open enrollment processes at year-end.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions and provide support as needed.
  • Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Familiarity with working alongside brokers for benefits management.

  • Experience working with multiple systems and benefits providers.
  • Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
