Human Resources Job Opening In Fort Mitchell – Now Hiring U.S. Army

Human Resource Specialist – U.S. Army (Entry-Level, No Experience Needed)

Full-time | Part-time | Paid Training | U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Required

The U.S. Army is hiring Human Resource Specialists to manage personnel records, administrative functions, and support services for soldiers.

This entry-level role is critical to maintaining soldier readiness, morale, and operational success.

No prior experience required.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform administrative and personnel tasks for all ranks and roles.
  • Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data.
  • Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support.

What We Offer:
  • Pay: $40,000–$80,000 per year.
  • Bonuses: Up to $40,000 for high-demand roles.
  • Benefits: Housing, food allowance, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid vacation.
  • Training: 10 weeks Basic Training and 9 weeks Advanced Individual Training.
  • Education: Full tuition coverage, scholarships, and student loan repayment.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
  • Ages 17–34.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • No felonies or open legal cases.
  • Must pass drug screening and background check.
  • Must be in good physical health.
  • Minimum scores: 100 GT and 90 CL on the ASVAB.
  • Eligible for Secret security clearance.
