Hybrid Entry Level Financial Administrative Assistant Job Opening In Pensacola – Now Hiring TEKsystems

Description
This position is FULL TIME.

No prior experience needed.


Training Shift is Monday - Friday (8am-4:30 PM), Working Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT
Summary of Responsibilities

+ Loan Setup & Documentation

+ Assist with new loan setup, including indexing and validating documents.

+ Order and verify necessary documents from members and third parties.

+ Update mortgage lending systems in compliance with regulations.


+ Member Interaction & Support

+ Conduct initial contact with members, gathering key contact details.

+ Provide education and support to enhance member service.

+ Assist in follow-ups and document collection.


+ Document Management

+ Index loan documents received via fax and email.

+ File, fax, and copy documents as needed.


+ System & Data Management

+ Maintain accurate notes and contact history for each member.

+ Track and update action items in internal databases.

+ Review and act on daily production reports.


+ Team Collaboration & Leadership

+ Mentor and train team members.

+ Provide guidance and support to colleagues.


+ Process Improvement & Reporting

+ Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.

+ Prepare and submit production reports for tracking.


+ Compliance & Communication

+ Ensure adherence to federal and financial regulations.

+ Communicate with mortgage staff, government agencies, and vendors to resolve issues.


Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
