**A Shift - JG1**

**Duties/Responsibilities:**

+ Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing
+ Perform visual inspections
+ Perform troubleshooting of equipment
+ Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning
+ Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
+ Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
+ Perform rework
+ Cross train where needed within the department to support the business
+ Maintain all quality and GMP standards
+ Perform needed SAP data entries
+ May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges
+ Participate on blitz teams as assigned
+ Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

**Education:**

+ High School diploma/GED preferred
+ In lieu of High School diploma/GED, three years manufacturing experience is required

**Experience:**

+ Previous manufacturing experience preferred
+ Previous experience with MES preferred
+ Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
+ Previous mechanical experience preferred

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

+ Work effectively on own, or in a team atmosphere – Proficient
+ Ability to maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area – Proficient
+ Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient
+ Teamwork – Proficient
+ Organization skills, detailed oriented – Basic

**PCP Level: 3**
