**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Program Manager for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other aerospace system development, acquisition, operations, and sustainment efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the US Air and Space Forces acquisition and integration of next-generation technologies and capabilities.

This program manager will support our Division Action Group (DAG) team providing programmatic support to the ICBM Futures Division , and includes integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise and other DoD customers and stakeholders.

You will provide contributions that will shape the development and deployment of the US Air Force s next generation ICBM and support similar efforts to integrate aerospace systems engineering, integration, and test capabilities with US Space Force and others within BAE Systems broad DoD customer base.

In this position, you will provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system through engineering development, deployment, and sustainment activities.

You will help shape the quality and performance of engineering and technical products from several hundred personnel supporting the Government, and you will help educate and equip the Government to acquire, operate, and maintain an entire weapon system-of-systems.

**About the Role:**
As a Program Manager II, you will play a critical role in supporting our Division Action Group (DAG) and driving key strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with the Lead Engineer (USG) and the Division Deputy (USG) to ensure the successful execution of division-level programs and projects.

A key component of this role is leading the DAG, overseeing their activities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Acquisition Program Management & Integration:** Provide program management and integration oversight for large acquisition programs, ensuring alignment with division objectives.
+ **Risk Management & Organizational Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and organizational plans to mitigate potential issues and ensure program success.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, internal organizations (including Business Operations and the Directorate Staff), and parallel organizations (such as other Divisions and Programs) to support planning, development, and execution activities.
+ **Strategic Planning & Integration:** Focus efforts on developing, planning, integrating, and supporting long-range strategic planning efforts for the division.
+ **Task Management & Coordination:** Oversee task management activities for the division using tools like TMT and Jira to ensure timely completion of deliverables and meet directorate expectations in support of the customer.
+ **Continuous Improvement Leadership:** Lead the DAG in driving strategic continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, and developing process improvement strategies across the division.

+ Minimum 10 years of direct Program Management experience.

+ **DoD Acquisitions Expertise:** Demonstrated experience in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes and regulations.
+ **Team Leadership & Strategic Alignment:** Proven ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, defining strategic goals, planning operations, and implementing tactical customer guidance.
+ **Communication Proficiency:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ **Security Clearance:** Active Secret (or higher) security clearance.

+ **ICBM Expertise:** Experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ ICBM maintenance or operations.
+ ICBM acquisitions.
+ ICBM testing (Developmental or Operational).
+ **PMP Certification:** Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
+ **Top Secret Clearance:** Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
+ **Agile Experience:** Experience with Agile development methodologies.
+ **EVMS/CAM:** Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM).
+ **Software Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
