Repairs Project Manager to oversee the facility operations and maintenance at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), Edwards, CA.
Five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager (PM) managing and coordinating maintenance repairs and support services contracts. Estimate time and cost to develop projects associated with the Facilities Branch.
Review work requests and drawings for details and manufacturability and recommend changes in scope, design or details, specifications, or processes.
Liaison and technical interface between facilities, customers and or sub-contractors.
Evaluate on-site capability to perform requested work.
Must have the communication skills required to interface and coordinate with other department personnel.
Must work from building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and electrical maintenance and repair manuals. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
