Opportunity Overview
IG-XL Platform Compute & Tester Controller Product Manager
Location: North Reading, MA
Division: Compute Test Division (CTD)
Reports to: Director, Software Product Marketing Manager
As the IG-XL Platform Compute & Tester Controller Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role within Teradyne’s Compute Test Division, owning the overall computer, tester controller, and compute infrastructure for the division.

You will:

+ Lead the management of business processes, product licensing structures, and go-to-market strategies for compute and tester controller products.



+ Develop and implement processes supporting next-generation computer infrastructure, including OS and pre-configured software.



+ Collaborate with UX, CPQ/configuration management, and CRM teams to align business systems and define customer journey requirements.



+ Build customer-facing collateral and user documentation that demonstrates the value and functionality of license management infrastructure.



+ Support customer-facing teams and customers throughout product roll-out and lifecycle management.



+ Partner with stakeholders to identify lead customers and plan holistic account migrations.



+ Mentor and guide teams in business model innovation and the identification of new revenue streams.



+ Sustain/Ensure the lifecycle management of the existing product portfolio and champion new business models.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (remove if not required).



+ Overall 8 + years of experience.



+ Ideal candidate 2+ years of experience using IG-XL or equivalent software.



+ Experience in product management, preferably in semiconductor or technology sectors.



+ Strong understanding of compute infrastructure, licensing, and business process development.


Primary Experience & Skills

+ Proven ability to collaborate across teams (UX, CPQ, CRM) and communicate effectively with customers and field teams.



+ Experience with cloud-oriented infrastructure.



+ Innovative mindset with a focus on identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.


Additional Skills & Preferences

+ Experience generating customer-facing materials and training collateral.



+ Skills in business process development and lifecycle management.



+ Soft skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.



+ Team skills: Ability to guide, mentor, and support cross-functional teams.




Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $151,100–$241,800.

This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.

This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.


Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
